Pacoima , California , February 13, 2007 – Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets “FAME.PK”) reported net income of $787,311 on sales of  $6,036,669 for the year ended September 30, 2006.  In the previous year earnings were $644,292 on sales of $5,285,592.  Per share results were $.64 fully diluted in 2006 vs. $.51 fully diluted in 2005.  

For the 1^st quarter ended December 31, 2006, The Company reported a loss of ($175,669) on sales of $1,473,205, compared to a net profit of $144,332 on sales of $1,427,948 for the same period last year.  Per share results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 were a loss of ($.14) compared to a net profit of $.12 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.  

During the 1^st quarter of fiscal 2007 (quarter ended December 31, 2006) The Company relocated to a new facility that is nearly twice as large as the previous facility.  The costs associated with the move and the disruption of production severely impacted the 1^st quarter results and are expected to affect the 2^nd quarter as well.  The loss reported in the quarter was the 1^st quarterly loss in over 20 years.
