Pacoima, California:  Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets - “FAME.PK”), January 26th 2007 announced that it’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.017 payable on March 15, 2007 to shareholders of record, February 22, 2007.  

The Company has relocated to a larger facility located in Pacoima , CA .  The new facility is nearly double the size of the previous plant, and more efficient for Flamemaster’s needs. However, the expenses related to the move and the disruption of production will hamper the financial results for The Company in the first and second quarters.  The Company expects it will report a loss for the first quarter.  This will be the first quarterly loss in over 20 years.
