Sun Valley , California , July 27, 2006 – Flamemaster Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets “FAME”) today reported net income of $122,733 or $.10 per share on sales of $1,462,696 for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, compared to net of $125,603 or $.10 per share on sales of $1,396,049 in the year earlier period.  

For the nine-month period ended June 30, 2006, sales increased to $4,439,230 compared to $3,776,769 in the year earlier period.  Net income for the nine months increased to $470,727 or $.38 per share vs. $361,416 or $.29 per share.

 Flamemaster is a Southern California based specialty chemicals manufacturer of high performance sealants, adhesives and coatings.
