Sun Valley , California , May 16, 2006 – Flamemaster Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets“FAME”) today reported net income of $228,732 or $.19 per share on record sales of $1,548,586 for the quarter ended March 31, 2006, compared to net of $196,262 or $.17 per share on sales of $1,258,280 in the year earlier period. 

 For the six month period ended March 31, 2006, sales increased to a record $2,976,534 from $2,380,720 in the year earlier period.  Net income for the six months rose to $373,695 or $.30 per share vs. $235,566 or $.21 per share.
