Sun Valley, California: Flamemaster Corporation (NASDAQ: "FAME"), on July 1, 2004, announced that it’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of .023 cents payable on August 10, 2004 to shareholders of record July 16, 2004.

The quarterly cash dividend effectively raises the dividend payout by 12.5% reflecting the stock dividend paid on May 7, 2004.
