For the month of October 2001, the Company’s 1^st month of fiscal 2002, net sales gained around 40% over the same month a year earlier. The Company attributes the sales gain to an expanded customer base and new product introductions.

Flamemaster owns a sizable interest in PerfectData Corporation (NASDAQ "PERF"). PerfectData recently announced that it executed a letter of intent to acquire Graphco Technologies Inc. (G-TEC) a technology software and systems development company providing advanced security solutions for Biometric Identification, Secure Access, Surveillance, and Secure Law Enforcement Incident Management. G-TEC Solutions offer systems for protecting public and personal security and assets, while protecting data information, communications and individual privacy.
